Velvet Tarot provides AI-generated tarot readings for entertainment and personal reflection purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes legal, financial, medical, psychological, or professional advice of any kind. You should not make important life decisions based solely on a Velvet Tarot reading.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Velvet Tarot and to make any purchase on the platform. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when registering. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or quarterly basis as selected at checkout. Quarterly subscriptions are charged as a single payment every three months. You may cancel at any time from your account page; access continues until the end of the current billing period. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.

Due to the digital and immediately consumable nature of tarot readings, we do not offer refunds on completed readings or on subscription periods already begun. If you have a billing issue please contact us and we will review it fairly.

All readings on Velvet Tarot are generated by artificial intelligence. The cards are drawn randomly and the interpretations are produced by a large language model. We make no claims about the accuracy, predictive ability, or spiritual validity of any reading.

You may not use Velvet Tarot to harass others, attempt to circumvent subscription limits, scrape content, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
